Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th, 1941) was the son Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been married to Richard Herbert Cheney for over thirty years. At the age of 13 Richard and his family moved out of Nebraska and moved to Casper which was where his dad worked as director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservation district.
