Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. He serves as a pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is the Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online publications as well as a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne and his wife Leslie and their three kids.
